Return Policy

Faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost. Unwanted used or opened goods purchased ie inks needles will not be refunded due to hygiene and cross contamination.  Unwanted goods purchased ie  Flash Racks, Ultrasonics and beds etc which need to be returned, return postage will have to be paid for by the customer and must be packed exactly as received, a 20% re-packing fee may be charged.
